I’m currently entering the license, but I’m getting an error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

14river_last_pong: Value updates regularly over time (connection is alive), but license.code always returns empty.

I haven't been able to activate the license yet; currently, the Pro and Lite versions are available, and there's a section for entering the license key.

My problem is that I can't enter the license key and activate it. I just set up the server and purchased a new license. I'm trying to activate it, but it's not working—I'm getting an error, like an external error or an application error.

I created this thread because I couldn't solve the problem on my own. All the errors are listed here, and the one I'm experiencing right now is preventing me from activating the license.
