[Bug] The part after the & symbol in the link to add an IP group online subscription is lost

What happened?
如图，如果我这么填，预览时服务器发送的请求实际url是xxxxxx.com/get_ip_list1111，&字符后面的内容丢失了，如果订阅链接中有查询字符串参数，那么除了第一个参数，后面的参数都会丢失。
但是点击提交之后又能正常获取IP列表，也就是说只有填完链接后的预览有问题。
How we reproduce?
- 点击添加IP组
- 填入任意带有&符号的订阅链接
- 预览时，实际发送请求的链接会丢失&符号后内容
