After setup of a web service in Defense Mode, all visitors see the verification page from SafeLine. Why is that? Is there an option to only show this page to matches from Custom Rules?

You can disable Bot Protection, when not needed. Custom rules with "Anti-Bot" will still hit if necessary.

For me it looks like that

Then you're on 7.1.0 and need to update. Current version is 7.2.3

Alright, thanks. But just to be sure, in 7.1.0 there is no option to let users visit the site without the challenge other than Audit mode which will not block any users?

Sounds like, that there is a custom role triggering the anti-bot. You may want to take a look there

I checked that, but I only have one custom anti-bot rule, and it shows Hits 0, Verified 0

I updated to 7.2.3 now it looks like that but still every user gets the anti-bot challenge page. I enabled Bot Protect - same behaviour, disabled Bot Protect - still the same.

You should set up custom rules to let users visit the site without the challenge. Configuring theBot Protecton your Web Services will apply to all of your visitors.

I even deleted the only Anti-Bot custom rule, that I had.

It depends on your configuration. It shouldn't be like this. Normally, it should be a hit rule before the blocking verification page appears. Has your problem been solved?

No, it still shows the verification page for all users.

Where can I find the config files on the server to check if something is left over from a previous definition or version maybe?
