Can you add a selected to the dropdown, so that one doesn't have to search for long?

Currently, the drop down first shows up with "All" and all countries are reachable via this. The first problem I see is, when it loses focus, the drop down will be closed and one has to start over. The second idea would be, adding an "active" below All to show the current active to remove them more quickly

I just checked the demo, and it seems a bit different from what you described. When the text cursor is inside the ‘content’ field, ‘All’ is shown as "selected".
And you can add or remove countries by simply searching for the country name directly.

Could you explain your issue?
We think removing or adding a country by searching the country name is working fine.
But it's not convenient if there are a lot of countries need to be selected in Europe, for example. So we have the plan to improve this part
