Do you have this requirement because when the upstream server for multiple domains needs to be modified, you can change it once and have the update automatically applied to all associated domain configurations?

In my case - I have a single upstream server for 20+ apps, and I got tired entering the upstream IP over and over again 🙂
But yeah, an option to change the server address once for all apps is going to be great too!

Then why not add multiple domains within a single application? That way, you only need to enter the upstream IP once.

Its a task you can easily automate yourself 🙂 no need to request adjustments imho
