For white-label OEM plan B the membership fee is paid annually or just 1 time? also if there is an update in SafeLine feature, does my white-labeled software got update as well, isn't it?

The membership fee is paid 1 time, not annually.
It will be updated together with the regular edition.

The white-label has the same features as the Pro plan, with no functional limitations. For white-label version, only annual billing is supported.

is there any limitation on pro version - like if i have multiple site or multiple subdomain, could the safeline protect all of them
i want the same answer for community version as well

The free community version, we call it Personal, it limits to add up to 10 applications. Lite is up to 20. But in Pro, there’s no limit to the number of applications you can add.
