Provision to export and import custom rules.

I feel it shall be an useful feature to be able to export the custom ruleset to a file (JSON / XML / YAML) and
import it back to a new installation.

We will tell the product team about this feedback, but we cannot guarantee it will be scheduled.
Perhaps you could write a script yourself to export via the API and then import it.

this is very usefull we need this
