Why Is SSL Protocol Still Locked in Personal Edition After Updating to 9.2.7?

I read the changelog for version 9.2.7 (28 October 2025), which says:
SSL Protocol configuration is now available in all Editions (including Personal & Lite).
I’m using the Personal Edition and I’ve already updated, but I still cannot select the SSL Protocol option. The system shows:
“Please upgrade to Pro Edition.”
This is confusing.
Has anyone experienced this? Is it a bug or did I misunderstand the changelog?

In the global application settings, the Personal edition allows config for SSL Protocol.
But per-application configuration is still a Pro-only feature.
