URGENT - Anti Bot Challenge very slow

This morning the anti bot challenge is working very very slowly, it takes way too long to complete.
I noticed that https://docs.waf.chaitin.com is not working, at the same time.
Are the two events related?
Is Safeline trying to connect to some remote service for client validation, going in timeout?
The client verification takes about 1 minute to complete!

The designed verification/challenge time is only 5 seconds.

The anti-bot challenge needs to connect to our server for verification, which may occasionally be affected by network conditions.

However, when cloud-based verification fails to connect, the system automatically falls back to local verification.

Currently, there is no manual switch option (I’ve already passed this feedback to our product team).

So you can try modifying the local DNS resolution for the public domain used by the anti-bot challenge (waf.chaitin.com). If the domain cannot be resolved or accessed, it will trigger the fallback to local verification, which can help resolve the issue of long challenge time.
